  • CLBO crystal (Cesium lithium borate or CsLiB6O10) is a novel nonlinear optical borate crystal possessing excellent NLO properties in the UV range. CLBO crystal is mainly used in semiconductor inspection, microlithography, biomedicine, ultraviolet radar and other fields.
