CLBO crystal (Cesium lithium borate or CsLiB6O10) is a novel nonlinear optical borate crystal possessing excellent NLO properties in the UV range. CLBO crystal is mainly used in semiconductor inspection, microlithography, biomedicine, ultraviolet radar

CLBO is relatively soft and therefore requires precautions to protect its polished surfaces.
